In accordance with Article 18:01 of the current Collective Agreement: "adverse reports or records of disciplinary action shall be removed upon written request of the employee if the incident(s) involved occurred more than twenty-four (24) months previously".
If you have records as listed above, in your personnel file in Human Resources, and you would like to have them removed, please write or email Dale Hunter, Manager for Support Staff at the School Board Office.
